PrinterLogic - How to refresh the Client Configuration

How do I know if I have the PrinterLogic client?

You would know if you're unable to add a printer outlined in the instructions section of this article.

Instructions

Refresh the Client Configuration

When changes to the print environment occur, refreshing the client on your workstation will force the client to check in. This will make the changes take effect immediately. 

  1. Click on the Windows System Tray
  2. Right-click on the PrinterLogic icon. 
  3. Select Refresh Configurations as shown here:
