How do I request the software client if it is not installed?
Go to the Michigan Medicine Help Center and select Submit a Ticket from the Catalogs called IT Service Catalog.

View installed printers
If you're interested in knowing which printers are installed, this feature will provide the information. This feature can be valuable for yourself, device support and, service desk to identify which printers have been installed on a workstation.
There are two ways to access the Client:
1. Start Menu
Open the Printer Installer folder to access the print management features.
Select View Installed Printers
2. System Tray
Click on the system tray icon to see the PrinterLogic Client
Right Click on the PrinterLogic icon to select View Install Printers from the list.
Clicking the View Installed Printers option opens the Printers window.
Use the X in the upper right corner of the window to close the Printers window.
