Go to the Michigan Medicine Help Center and select Submit a Ticket from the Catalogs called IT Service Catalog.

Accessing the PrinterLogic Client and Viewing Installed Printers
Accessing the Client:
There are two ways to access the Client:
1. Start Menu
- Open the Printer Installer folder to access the print management features.
- Select View Installed Printers
2. System Tray
Click on the system tray icon to see the PrinterLogic Client
View installed printers:
If you want to see which printers are installed on your workstation, this feature provides that information. It's useful for you, device support, and the service desk to identify installed printers.
- Right-click the PrinterLogic icon and select View Installed Printers from the menu.
- Clicking View Installed Printers opens the Printers window.
- To close the window, click the X in the upper right-corner.
