Introduction
The November 2022 feature release of Meridian includes a variety of updates to Hiring and Promotion:
- Department/division filtering now available for all Email Notification options (in both Hiring and Promotion)
- Hiring Dashboard additions (4 new charts); detailed data downloads are also available for each:
- Hiring by Track Type (Active and Completed Candidates per Fiscal Year)
- Seat Type (for Active & Completed Candidates per Fiscal Year)
- Gender (Active and Completed Candidates per Fiscal Year)
- Ethnicity (Active and Completed Candidates per Fiscal Year)
- New CHAMPS form data collection inside Enrollment (Candidate-only)
- History of status transitions is now viewable for each Hiring section (and in Promotion)
- Proposed Office Information area in Credentialing for Department now auto-fills the building's address information
- Clinical Assessments now require Phone Number from both candidate and assessor (per MSS request)
- Text changes:
- Messages areas within Candidate Site now specifically mention which person or group the candidate will be communicating with
- Academic Reference site's instructions now say to "review the criteria above" (for Appointing and Promotion)
- Security improvements and bug fixes
