How to convert a PDF file to TIFF


Introduction

This article explains how to utilize Multi-Page TIFF Editor to convert PDFs into TIFF (image files).

Originally, this was designed with the Accuroute fax users in mind, but can be applicable to other scenarios as well. 

Instructions

If you do not have Multi-Page TIFF Editor installed on your machine, request that it be installed via this Service Catalog Item.

  1. Launch Multi-Page TIFF Editor
  2. Open the PDF you wish to convert (File=>Open, navigate to PDF and open)
  3. Click OK on the dialog stating that a multi-page TIFF has been created
  4. Save TIFF file (File=>Save As, navigate to where you want to save, provide a name or accept the filename, click "Save")
