This International Candidate Hiring feature release of Meridian includes a variety of updates specific to hiring an International Faculty Candidate:

• Candidate can now choose a non-U.S. Country when indicating their "Current Contact Info"
• Candidate can now indicate that they have no SSN
• Candidate can now choose to defer the drug screen (key factor in initiating the "international" workflow)
• Meridian can now request and process a background check-only package from HireRight, and later request and process a drug screen-only package from HireRight
• Meridian will auto-progress 'all clear' results and hold back 'with findings' results for OFA approval (similar to the combo/domestic scenario)
• Appointing, Credentialing, and Enrollment will open up after the background check-only portion is cleared/approved
