Introduction
HITS has packaged FlowJo Version 11 and it is available to self-install on CoreImage Windows devices via the Software Center or Company Portal. For the time being, FlowJo V10.10 is still our primary supported package as V11 does not currently support V10 workbench data.
Instructions
Classic CoreImage Windows Instructions
Prerequisite: You must already have our HITS FlowJo V10 package provisioned and installed on your device. If you do not already have FlowJo V10 installed on your device or it was manual install via JIT privileges please submit a request through our FlowJo form.
Use the Software Center and select the Applications tab and search for FlowJo V11 to install. After maintenance completes you may need to reboot your device.
Note: You must open the new BD Access Portal application to complete sign in.
Intune CoreImage Windows Instructions
Use the Company Portal and select the Apps tab to search for FlowJo V11 to install. You may need to reboot after installation. Additional documentation on how to use the Intune Company Portal.

CoreMac Instructions
CoreMac users are admins of their devices and can self install or upgrade to FlowJo V11 using in application prompts or by downloading directly from the vendor. FlowJo V11 Download link.
