This article is written to help new users of the CryoSparc Cluster access it. If you need additional help with the content of this article, feel free to reach out via our help form. If you need more information on what the CryoEM service is, start with our landing page. NOTE: You will not be able to do the below instructions until an account has been requested and made for you for Cryosparc.

Step 1: Once you have been granted access and you have copied the data you need to process please navigate to glitters.lsi.umich.edu in your web browser of choice.

Step 2: You will first be presented with the standard UMICH login page, login to this as normal with Level 1 credentials.

 

Step 3. From here, you'll get the Cryosparc login, you'll use the account you created in CryoEM (Cryo-Electron Microscopy) High-Performance Computing Service - How to Create an Account This should be your @umich.edu email and whatever password you set at that time.
 

Step 4. From here you can hit login and use the application however you need.
