Introduction
In January 2026 HITS Academic Applications identified devices/users that were activated using our MM/HITS GraphPad Prism license and were non-compliant with our policies and practices. Examples include:
- Registered user no longer being a member of Michigan Medicine or the University of Michigan Medical School (UMMS)
- Registered device not having completed CoreImage Maintenance in 30+days
- Not being identifiable as an approved Michigan Medicine owned device
- Not having not gone through our GraphPad Prism request form approval process
Instructions
If your device was deactivated and you believe it to have been done in error please submit a ticket through the Academic Applications Consult form and provide the following details:
- Your CoreImage Windows Device Name or CoreMac serial number
- Prism Machine ID (provided in the License Validation Error message)
- Lab name and PI if your device was requested as part of a Lab
