Question
There are some additional software(s) used in conjunction with CryoSPARC that are setup and usable with the CryoSPARC cluster. They are listed below as well as the path's needed to be able to use them with a job.
If you see a software that is missing that you would like to use it may be that it needs to be run on Great Lakes instead (like Relion for example). However, you may also feel free to contact us via our CryoSPARC Help Form and we can look into if it is possible to have it setup.
