Introduction
When you're connected to a Michigan Medicine wired or wireless network or connected via VPN, you may see a notification like the one below, saying "Software changes are required" (#1). Selecting "Click here for options" will bring up more information about the change, including an Upgrade Deadline (#2). This deadline represents the final day by which an upgrade to your device MUST occur.

Instructions
- Choose "Right Now" and you will be directed to the Software Center and prompted to begin the upgrade process.
- Pick "Snooze" and you can select from a variety of time delays, after which you'll be reminded again that you need to install the update.
- If you select "Not Now," the upgrade prompt will disappear but will return the next day, and so on, until you select either "Right Now" or "Snooze."
Ultimately, when your Upgrade Deadline is reached, the update will run the next time your device powers up while it is connected to a Michigan Medicine network or via VPN.
