Overview

Cornerstone Learning is Michigan Medicine’s learning management system where employees, staff, faculty and other affiliated MM learners can take their institutional mandatories, MiChart, Elsevier and other training.  It also integrates additional types of learning resources (such as LinkedIn Learning) into a single, convenient hub — making it easier for managers and staff to develop customized learning plans and providing everyone with easier access to a wider variety of professional and personal growth opportunities.

Login: UM Uniqname + @med.umich.edu (uniqname@med.umich.edu)

Password: UM Common Password

Note: Only users with Michigan Medicine (Level 2) account to access Cornerstone.

New Employee Orientation

View and Manage Your Transcript 

The Transcript displays your active, completed, and archived training. This is where you look to find training that has been assigned to you. You can also enroll in sessions for the curriculum that is on your active transcript, launch online courses using your active transcript. Your completed transcript shows your completed learning. The transcript is part of an employee's Universal Profile.

The Workforce Applications team has several different methods for users to report an issue or request support or enhancements to the system using ServiceNow. Use this form to report issues related to Cornerstone Learning, including questions about missing/incorrect training assignments, online course issues, employment/data manager questions, user profile questionnaire, MiChart training and more.
