Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (QIPS) is a project tracking database/platform that captures and presents the work of residents to improve patient safety and quality of care. 

Any University of Michigan Medical school student, faculty, and staff member with a Michigan Medicine (Level-2) account can access this site, which is accessible via the UMHS network. If you are not on-premises and are outside of the UMHS network, a VPN connection is required.
