Outlook - How to fix common sync issues in Outlook mobile for iOS and Android


Introduction

When you use the Outlook mobile app for iOS or Android, you may find your inbox blank or out of date.  The same may happen with your calendar.  This is rare.  However, you can often solve this by performing an account reset.

Instructions

  1. Tap your initial or picture next to "Inbox" at the top of the application.

  2. Tap the gear icon in the lower left.


  3. Tap your Michigan Medicine (Level 2) account.


  4. Tap Reset Account.  This will close the application.


  5. Reopen Outlook and wait for items to resync.
