I need assistance with my Michigan Medicine pager. Where can I get help?

Please visit the HITS Paging Office located at the entrance of UH South in room F2594 (on the second floor across from elevator bank 9). The HITS Paging Office will be the only location for pager services support.
Off-campus locations can set a dedicated appointment time to have their pager needs addressed. To schedule your appointment, please Come See Us.
- Walk-up services are available Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 10 a.m. and noon – 3 p.m.
APPOINTMENT TIME CHANGES COMING SOON To better serve our customers and provide more opportunities for one-on-one assistance, we'll be making a small adjustment to our appointment schedule beginning August 2026.
Appointments will be available Monday through Friday during the following times:
- 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
- 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- 3:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- 3:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
These changes allow us to offer additional appointment times throughout the week, giving more customers the opportunity to receive dedicated assistance.
