Outlook - Schedule a Zoom meeting in Outlook 365


Introduction

Michigan Medicine offers the capability to schedule Zoom meetings directly within Outlook - both on the web and within the Outlook 365 application on Windows and Mac.

Instructions

Schedule a Zoom meeting in Outlook 365 for Windows.

  1. Create a New Meeting
         

  2. Click Add a Zoom Meeting
         

  3. Log into Zoom within Outlook, if needed, by following these instructions.

  4. Click Settings to configure optional settings.
         

 

Schedule a Zoom meeting in Outlook 365 for Mac

  1. Click New Event.
       


  2. Click the three dots (...).
         


  3. Click Zoom.
         


  4. Click Add a Zoom Meeting.
         


  5. Log into Zoom within Outlook, if needed, by following these instructions.

  6. Click Settings to configure optional settings.
