Introduction
Michigan Medicine offers the capability to schedule Zoom meetings directly within Outlook - both on the web and within the Outlook 365 application on Windows and Mac.
Instructions
Schedule a Zoom meeting in Outlook 365 for Windows.
- Create a New Meeting
- Click Add a Zoom Meeting
- Log into Zoom within Outlook, if needed, by following these instructions.
- Click Settings to configure optional settings.

- Click New Event.
- Click the three dots (...).
- Click Zoom.
- Click Add a Zoom Meeting.
