Introduction
This document will walk you through installing Epic Haiku on your Intune enrolled iOS device
Instructions
Installing Haiku
1. Open Company Portal.
2. On the Apps tab, tap View all apps.
3. Tap on Epic Haiku & Limerick, then tap Install.
Note: to view progress of the install, Swipe Up to return to the Home Screen. The app's icon will display the install progress.
Sync with Company Portal
Once Haiku has been installed, the device must sync with Company Portal to download some app configurations.
1. Open Company Portal, navigate to the Devices tab, then select the device you are currently using.
2. Click on Check status to begin a sync.
3. Once a sync has been completed successfully, return to the Home Screen.
Launch Haiku
1. From the Home Screen, tap on Haiku.
2. Accept the License Agreement.
3. Enter your Uniqname and UMICH password, then tap Go.
3. Tap Allow for Haiku to send notifications
4. Tap Allow for Haiku to send critical alerts
Notification Settings
1. After a successful login, open Settings
2. Tap on the Haiku settings menu
3. Open the Notification settings
4. Tap Show Previews
5. Select When Unlocked
