This is the LabVantage Landing Page for all information regarding the LabVantage LIMS application.
LabVantage
LabVantage (LV) is a commercial Lab Information Management System (LIMS). Its key objective is to provide a secure and robust application for the data entry, processing, tracking and storage of human biological specimens collected, donated and used by the Central Biorepository's (CBR's) customers in their Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved basic, clinical, and translational research studies.
When Submitting a LV Ticket:

Access to LV:
Users get access to LV thru an onboarding process with the HITS Academic Applications team.
Verify the user is not having a general level 2 account issue. If they are, assist them and try again.
Verify user is on the Michigan Medicine (MM) VPN & not a UM campus VPN and try again.
Verify that the user's URL for LV Production is correct: https://mbiocore.med.umich.edu/labvantage/logon.jsp
- If this doesn't work, submit a ticket to the Academic Applications team
