Instructions
Issue reported with Conference Room systems equipped with the Crestron soundbar/camera connected to a Room PC.
Users experiencing this issue should follow these steps:
- Open the Zoom Settings menu
- Select the Audio tab
- at the bottom select the Advanced button
- Turn Signal Processing by Windows Audio Device Drives to OFF
This will resolve the issue of the microphone dropping words.
This setting is per user, and is not account or system wide, so if you turn it off on one room it will not effect any of your meetings on a different computer.
