Introduction
Database Services provides the following client software for HITS-managed application servers:
- Oracle client 19c - Full client install excluding SQL Developer (AIX, Linux, Windows)
- SQL Server Management Studio 2022(SSMS) (Windows)
- SQL Server Reporting Services 2022 (SSRS) for (Windows)
- SQL Server Analysis Services 2022 (SSAS) for (Windows)

- ServiceNow Support Team: The team responsible for the application.
- Requested software: Choose the client you would like installed.
- Server Name: The host where we should install the client.
- Server support tier: Reference can be found here if needed.
- Coordination needed with your team
- None - We can go ahead and install the client any time
- Scheduled Future Time - Not Coordinated: Please provide the date and time we should complete the install.
- Scheduled Change - Coordination Required: Please provide the date and time, and details for coordination.
- Name(s) of the database(s) you need to connect to: The databases you plan on connecting to from your server.
