The User Profile Questionnaire is a series of questions about you and your role in the university.  It is assigned to all Cornerstone Learning users. Your answers will assist us in ensuring that you are receiving the correct and appropriate training assignments.

Responses to the User Questionnaire supplements training assignments that cannot be defined using standard profile attributes. It is being used in most cases as an exception process to help target the appropriate audience.

Employees should complete this questionnaire at their earliest convenience to ensure they are assigned the correct training. The training assignment for the questionnaire will be an annual requirement.

Employees can update their answers at any time by clicking the Questionnaire button on the Cornerstone Learning home page.  

Managers, facilitators and learning administrators can work with the employee to answer questions regarding their new role or review submitted answers on the User Record.

If any position or department changes occur, the employee will need to update their profile questionnaire at that time.

The User Profile Questionnaire has been assigned to all users and can be launched from the Questionnaire button on the Welcome page or from the user's active transcript.

Users can update their profile at any time by clicking the Questionnaire button on the Welcome page.
