The User Profile Questionnaire helps Michigan Medicine assign you the correct training in Cornerstone Learning. Your answers supplement your standard profile details so we can match you with training specific to your role, department, and particular requirements. (Example: Does your role or work location require you to enter a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) area?)

Please complete the questionnaire as soon as possible and update it whenever your role, department, or position changes. You can also review or edit your responses anytime from the Questionnaire button on the Cornerstone home page.

Managers, facilitators, and learning administrators can assist with questions and may update certain fields on your behalf. They can change the following items:

• Are you a clinician?
• Do you work in a patient care area?

Note: Training updates may take up to 24 hours after changes are submitted.

Accessing the Questionnaire

• Assigned to all new employees on their first day in Cornerstone Learning.
• Launch it from the Questionnaire button on the Welcome page or from your Active Transcript.

Updating Your Questionnaire

• Update your answers anytime using the Questionnaire button.
• Review and update responses if your position or department changes.
• Click through all pages to save changes.
