Cornerstone-Manager- User Record/User Profile Changes


Introduction

Employees are assigned and encouraged to complete the User Profile questionnaire. Responses to the User Questionnaire supplement training assignments that cannot be defined using standard profile attributes. It is being used in most cases as an exception process to help target the appropriate audience. As a manager, you can update the answer for them in their User Record.

NOTE: Managers can also update the Patient Care area and Clinician flags which are set based on a person's job, not their answers to the User Profile Questionnaire.  

Instructions

Managers can update employee's profiles and other actions for their employees.  Visit the Manager  - View Team, Assign One Time (Non Recurring) Training and Manage Employee Profiles procedure for details.  

 

The Training assigned by the User Profile Questionnaire document lists the actual questions as they appear in the questionnaire and lists the training that is assigned based on the user's response.
