Introduction
This article describes actions that can be taken by the user when the AccuRoute WebApp has an error "object reference not set to an instance to of an object"
Instructions
Perform one or all of the actions below in an effort to clear the error:
1. Restart the PC/Laptop and try faxing again.
2. Clear browser history, restart the PC/Laptop, and try faxing again.
3. Restart the PC/Laptop, open the AccuRoute WebApp in a different browser, and try faxing again.
4. If the fax attachment is .pdf format, convert to .tif format, restart the PC/Laptop, and try faxing again.
If none of these actions resolve the issue, then submit a ServiceNow ticket to the Enterprise Clinical Support team.
