CoreImage devices, whether they are Classic or Intune versions, run the Microsoft Windows operating system.  They are routinely updated via the Windows as a service (WaaS) process to stay in step with Microsoft's Windows support lifecycle (10 and 11).

These instructions provide steps you can follow to determine the version of Windows your device is running.

1. Right-click on the start menu.
   
   
2. Choose System.
   
   
   
3. Note the Edition and Version.
