Introduction
PREREQUISITES:
- You must be listed as an Access Liaison to provision an Oracle account. To confirm Access Liaison status...
- Go to https://am.med.umich.edu/ords/f?p=118 and login with your unique name and level-2 password.
- Click Find an Access Liaison within the Information region.
- Type the name of the person in question within the search bar. Click Go.
- Please note that the Access Liaison list is maintained by the Identity Management team. To have an individual added as an Access Liaison, please contact the Service Desk for assistance.
- A profile must be created within AMA for the access liaison that aligns with the target database. The AMA profile contains the privileges needed to provision an end user account. AMA profiles are created by the primary DBA for the target database. To have an AMA profile, created, please submit an ServiceNow request to the Oracle Services team.
- Determine what action needs to be taken. Please see the Instructions section for details.

- Click https://am.med.umich.edu/ords/f?p=118 and login with your unique name and Level-2/One UMICH password.
- Click My {x} Accounts.
- Determine the account that needs to be reactivated. Click the
icon next to the target account.
- Click Reactivate. NOTE: Please press the button once and wait roughly 30 seconds for a system response.
