Duo hardware tokens are available at Michigan Medicine Help Me Now locations. Additionally, Duo hardware tokens can be ordered through the Tech Shop, visit the Order a Duo Hardware Token/YubiKey article for more information.

Note: If you are changing a duo number and you do not have your old phone or access to your old number you will need to contact the HITS Service Desk at 734-936-8000 and get a bypass code so you can change your Duo settings from the Michigan Medicine User Profile Page.

1. Navigate to Michigan Medicine User Profile Page.
   
   • Click U-M Duo Settings
   • Under Register U-M Duo Hardware Token section, click Authenticate Yourself to Begin
   • Click on your preferred authentication method (Send Me a Push, Call Me, or Enter a Passcode)

2. Enter the serial number from the back of your U-M hardware token in the Enter Serial # box.

3. Click Enroll
