HITS Help Me Now
For in-person support, visit one of our Help Me Now locations↗. We offer troubleshooting and consultation services on a range of issues, including device setup, password management, two-factor authentication, software installations, and ticket assistance.
HITS Paging Office
In-person pager support is available at the HITS Paging Office, located at the entrance of University Hospital South. This is the only location for in-person pager services.

For urgent IT issues, call our Service Desk at 734-936-8000.
Urgent requests may include issues with MiChart or a clinical application impacting patient care, immediate classroom support, or other IT issues without a workaround that are impeding your work.
