Intune Mobile - How To Install Apps from the Company Portal


Introduction

 

 

 

This document will walk you through the process of installing additional applications to your mobile device from the Intune Company Portal. 

It will also cover how to update an already installed application. 

 

 

 

 

Instructions

 

 

 

Installing on iOS

 

1. Open the Company Portal app

 

 

2. Navigate to the Apps tab, then tap View All Apps

 

 

3. Tap on the application you want to install, then tap Install 

 

 

Note: You may also update an application that is already installed from the same screen

Just tap Re-Install when needed

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Installing on Android

1. Open the Work Profile Play Store

 

 

2. Select the app you would like to install from the catalog

 

 

3. Tap Install

 

 

Note: You can update applications from the Play Store window

Tap the icon in the top right corner

 

 

 

 

Tap Manage apps & device

 

 

 

Tap Update all to apply all available updates, or tap See details for more information on specific updates

 

 

 

Tap Update all to apply all available updates, or tap Update next to the application you wish to update
